City of Franklin
Police & Courts Facility
The main lobby divides the police station from the court and court
clerk. The lobby was designed to be able to have public meetings/dedication
for over 200 people. The center of the lobby includes an 8’x8’ cupola
skylight opening. The walls of the lobby include acoustical panels
to reduce the noise levels. The walls are adored with oak cases
that display the history of Franklin’s police and court systems.
The entire atmosphere of the lobby is a park like setting.
